The global economy continues to twist and turn as inflation impacts on many countries, the Russia/Ukraine war continues, and we still feel the impact of COVID and supply chain issues.

In NZ, we continue to battle inflation, rising prices, credit limitations, immigration issues, low unemployment, and a reduction in property values.

Cameron will provide his insight into how the economy is tracking and what should we be watching out for in the near future.

Cameron has been an economist for 20 years. For over 11 years he was the Chief Economist at ANZ. He has also worked as an economist at the National Bank, Treasury and Statistics New Zealand. A mainlander at heart, Cameron’s approach to economics is non-ideological and pragmatic. Bagrie Economics is a boutique research firm that specialises in independent, authoritative analysis of the New Zealand economy and economic issues generally. We don’t do spin or over-complication, just honest analysis of trends and figures.
