October 7, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am NZDT

Bring in the Experts: Changing times in the workplace– what does flexible working hours, days of work and location of work look like in the new world?

This webinar will discuss the changing workplace requirements as we move in and out of COVID-19 Alert Levels and the Employment Relations Act 2000. There is no doubt COVID has changed the way we work and where we are located when we perform our duties but what does the future look like for the workplace and what are the legal obligations which need to be considered.

We are pleased to have Kay Chapman from Chapman Employment Relations join us to discuss the new workplace and how to navigate the changes and challenges in the new world. This webinar will be of great benefit to both employers and employees to understand and navigate the legal requirements of a flexible work environment.

Kay Chapman founded Chapman Employment Relations in 2011. Kay has held international senior management positions, has a BA majoring in Chinese; did a stint in the Army; has been presented with some awards and worked for years in consulting, human resources and employment law.
