Rupert Gough   – CEO  Mortgage Lab

CEO of the Mortgage Lab, head of Kepa Home Loans and author of “The Successful First Home Buyer” has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years. Based in Tauranga, he oversees the recruitment, training, and growth of 16 mortgage advisers nationwide.

Rupert will give us some insight about how he chose the pathway for his mortgage advice business with the new Licensing regime.This will include what considerations were made during this process and the changes required for his group of 16 advisers. He will also share some details about his recent business and adviser review, and what learnings he has gained from this process.

Karty Mayne  – Rosewill Consulting

Karty has over 20 years financial services, management and risk and compliance experience. Karty was previously a Manager in the Supervision Team at the Financial Markets Authority with a key focus on licensing. Karty is a member of the Institute of Directors, Governance NZ and Association of Certificated Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
