All fees are GST inclusive.

Please note, the Awards Dinner is optional and not included in your Conference Registration. If you would like to attend the Awards Dinner, please add a Dinner Ticket (which includes pre-dinner drinks, dinner, beverages, and entertainment) when registering for Conference.

Group discount: For every 10 full paying registrations, you will receive one complimentary registration (excludes gala dinner).

Cancellations Policy

All cancellations must be in writing to The Conference Team. If, following your registration, you are unable to attend please notify the organiser as soon as possible to arrange a transfer of registration or a partial refund. Notification received by 22 July 2019 will incur a NZ$100 administration fee. For cancellations notified after 22 July 2019, refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee and paid at the conclusion of the conference. There will be no refunds made for late arrival or early departure from the conference.

Terms and Conditions

Costs – All fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars and subject to GST – currently 15%. 
Privacy Policy – Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. No credit card information / detail is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to the commencement of the applicable conference in which a registration/payment is being made. Website Security – Payment security is managed through DPS for mutual security, encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software. 
Payments via Visa or Mastercard incur 3% merchant fee. Payment on your credit card statement will be showing as The Conference Team.
