Unfortunately due to the changes under the red traffic light setting, our speakers are unable to attend this event to present to you. Therefore, regrettably, we have made the decision to cancel this event.
We were really looking forward to connecting with everyone and hope we can do so in the near future.

9.30 – 10.30 – Economic Update
This session will provide you with an update on the economy in these changing times. The focus will be on inflation, interest rates, property markets and the global environment. This is a great way to start your year with an overview of the economy.

10.30 – 11.30 – Lending Panel
In this session our panel will discuss the changing environment in particular the CCCFA, LVR, Debt:Income ratios, rising interest rates and the impact of these on the tightening of obtaining credit. They will also discuss what is occurring regarding approvals/ declines and turnaround times. If you are a mortgage adviser this is a session not to be missed.

12.00 – 12.30 – Ask the Experts anything on licensing
If you are still looking to obtain a full FAP license then attend this session where they will discuss what they are experiencing in applications and what the process is to apply for a license.

Cost: $20 for the venue hire, morning tea provided. No cash will be accepted at the event.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we can have up to 100 people on site for this event.
