Bring in the Experts: How changes in the brightline test impact both buyers and sellers

April 17 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am NZST

Whether advising clients on property or investment, this webinar with Kate Chivers, Principal, TurnerHopkins will provide you with the latest information on the brightline test. Kate is a property law specialist and provides information about the reduction of the brightline test to two-years in July, and how it may affect buyers and sellers.

Kate initially worked in law enforcement, starting at the Metropolitan Police in London where she worked as a front-line officer and detective within the Lewisham Borough. Following that, she completed her studies as an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) with the University of Auckland, before practicing in Auckland.

TurnerHopkins is a boutique practice that provides legal advice for both business and personal. They have been operating for 100 years and understand that working with and not just for, their clients, is the key to their success and their clients.
