101 – How to obtain a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) Licence
This webinar will take you through the process of obtaining a full FAP licence step by step.
It will discuss the policies and processes you need to have in place to comply with the FMC Act and regulations and the criteria you’ll need to meet to be ready to apply for a full licence.
The target date to have your application in with the FMA is the 30 September 2022 (Class 1 and Class 2).
This session is designed for those sole traders (Class 1) who are yet to apply for their licence.
If you are a sole trader and have not applied for your FAP licence yet this is a not to be missed webinar.
