In this two-hour online masterclass, you will explore the concept of agentic AI and what it may mean for financial advice practices. Using Claude as a practical example, the session will examine how emerging AI capabilities compare with tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and how features such as Projects, Artifacts, Skills, browser-based agents and connected workflows can support efficiency, consistency and productivity.
The session is designed for advisers, practice managers and advice professionals who are already using AI, or who want to better understand how the next generation of AI tools may be applied responsibly. You will consider practical use cases across research, analysis, communication, business materials and workflow management, while also addressing the governance, privacy, compliance and professional responsibility considerations that apply in a regulated advice environment.
