Are you preparing contracts that are suitable for FMCA Licensing requirements?
FAP’s, authorised bodies, financial advisers, nominated representatives, contractors and your staff may all be impacted from 15 March 2021.
Legal agreements will need to be drafted and negotiated in most cases.
Simon Papa will present on where to start and what you need to know. Hear from an expert in this field.

Simon Papa is a Director at Cygnus Law. Simon was previously a senior solicitor at New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority, where his role included advising on the development and implementation of new financial markets (securities) law, assessing applications for licences, advising on the use of regulatory powers and engaging with market participants, including financial advisers, brokers, licence applicants and issuers. Prior to the FMA Simon worked for corporate & commercial law teams at the law firms Kensington Swan (Auckland) and Herbert Smith (London), and as in-house lawyer at Transfield Services (now named Broadspectrum) and Beca Group.
