Bring in the Experts – Mid Winter Blues Webinar Series – Part 1

July 21, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am NZST

Bring in the Experts – Wednesday 21st July – Mid Winter Blues Webinar Series – Part 1

This is a series of two webinars based on understanding and developing stress resilience. The ability to deal with life’s challenges is something we all benefit from cultivating. Like many other positive life traits, coping and resilience are skills that can be learned and honed — with wide-ranging effects on the quality of our lives and the lives of those around us.

At the end of the series you will know how to down-regulate the stress response and practice rapid recovery. Build awareness of mental habits that are helping or hindering performance and openness to change. You will also learn evidence-based, coping strategies to boost resilience and wellbeing.

These two webinars are being delivered by the wellbeing workshop.co.

Part 1 – Wednesday 21 July, 10am
This webinar will explore stress and how it effects our mind and bodies. It will delve into three of six competencies required to build resilience.

Part 2 – Wednesday 28 July, 10am
The webinar will begin with a quick recap of our learnings from webinar one, and go on to explore the final three, of the six key competencies that build our resilience.
If you are feeling like you have the winter blues then join this webinar series to give yourself a boost.
