Philip will also discuss ACC CPX for newly self-employed individuals, and the implications of past claims on benefit entitlements for a recurring injury following a change to CPX, including the relevance of DOFI and DOCI.

Additionally, attendees will gain insight into the implications of changes to CPX when there is treatment scheduled, such as surgery that relates to an injury when the client was on Cover Plus, as well as non-earner injuries and what this means if there is a recurrence once the claimant becomes an earner.
