The Executive suites are fully self-contained apartment accommodation. The room has a Queen bed in the bedroom with full kitchenette, lounge and laundry facility in the room.

Conditions:

The Lambton Wing of the hotel is currently being upgraded. Renovations are being completed in stages (3 – 4 floors at a time) between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm (Mon – Fri), in order to minimise guest disruption. Work is due for completion in early 2021.

Airport Transfers

A minimum of 25 minutes is required to transfer into the city, although this can be much longer in peak hours.  Options include taxis, SuperShuttle or the Airport bus.

Insurance

All insurance is the responsibility of the registrants. Financial Advice New Zealand, The Conference Organising Committee, The Conference Team and TSB Arena & Shed 6 accept no liability for death or illness or injury/accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause. Registration of the delegate will indicate acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be in writing to The Conference Team. If, following your registration, you are unable to attend please notify the organiser as soon as possible to arrange a transfer of registration or a partial refund. Notification received by 15 October 2021 will incur a NZ$50 administration fee. For cancellations notified after 15 October 2021, refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee and paid at the conclusion of the conference. There will be no refunds made for late arrival or early departure from the conference.

Continuing Professional Development

Up to 12 Financial Advice New Zealand structured CPD hours are available to attendees.

Structured hours are able to be claimed where the session attended relates to an identified learning objective in your 2021 Professional Development Plan.

Members’ online CPD logs will be updated post conference. Non-member delegates will be emailed verification of their attendance at their indicated sessions.

Covid-19 Response

We are committed to providing a vibrant, engaging and fresh conference for 2021 amidst this uncertainty.

That is why we have outlined the different COVID Alert Levels and how we would respond as an organisation. We have taken the guidance from the Ministry of Health and also applied a common sense approach.

The following is an outline of how we will proceed.

Nationwide Alert Level 4, 3 and 2 – Online only
• there is no in-person conference
• the conference will be provided online only over the two days
Note: At Alert Level 2 we can have only 100 max. at a gathering. If we include event catering staff, technicians, and other support staff we may have only 70 delegates at the event which does not work for our conference.

Regional Alert Level 2 for some regions (if Wellington is in Alert Level 1)
• in-person conference is delivered
• all delegates will be able to access the conference 100% online
• trade show area continues
• unlimited delegates
If we’re in Alert Level 2, though you may still be able to travel, remember you need to take your alert level with you and therefore you would not be able to attend an event over 100 people.

Nationwide Alert Level 1
• there are no travel or gathering restrictions
• unlimited delegates
