Stephanie is passionate about the law and she has extensive experience in estate work, trusts, relationship property agreements, company law, shareholder agreements, company structuring and personal property matters. Stephanie is also passionate about helping people navigate the storms of being a grown up and reaching calmer waters – whether this is in their personal or business lives. Stephanie has a significant practice which is as eclectic as she. She works for clients from all walks of life and from all parts of the globe. She loves people, she loves their stories, she is interested in their families and their lives and she enjoys assisting them to make decisions which are positive. A mother of four means she is down to earth, humble and capable of herding wild cats and sorting the wood from the trees.
Stephanie is the Managing Partner of Paxton-Penman et al, a property and commercial law firm with offices in Warkworth and Auckland CBD. She is currently the chairperson of the Advisory Board for Warkworth Wellsford Hospice, a Trustee of Harbour Hospice and chair of the subcommittee of Harbour Hospice in respect of property and retail matters.
